I have a question for the group about something that I wondered about for awhile. Every day, there is a request for "does anyone know if xxx is GF?". When I have posted that I have found out that "xxxx" is GF, I get e-mails saying "How do you know it is GF?". (Because I have called the company, and on the whole have gotten knowledgeable, helpful people, I trust the answer.) Lately I have noticed a great number of requests for the GF status of a food. Do you all feel more comfortable with the other list members knowledge of GF status now, or do the posters still get alot of "How do you know?" questions from other list members? (Please no nasty or flaming answers...I have found that different products are GF, and would like to share the knowledge, but hesitate to post, if I am going to get blasted to "prove it".)
