Dear ListMates,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a very positive interaction on
the phone yesterday with the folks at Arrowhead Mills. I called to make
certain that its Spicy Black Bean Chili (in 15 oz./425 g. cans) was
gluten-free. The woman with whom I spoke, Linda, assured me that all of the
chilis that Arrowhead Mills makes are completely gluten-free. The Spicy
Black Bean Chili is really delicious, especially for someone who likes spicy
foods (as I do). Arrowhead Mills also has a mild version of the Black Bean
Chili and a couple of other kinds that I haven't tried. So, for those of us
who are gluten-free "chile-heads," this is a great addition to our
cupboards, and very welcome with the cold weather approaching.

If people want to call Arrowhead Mills, the toll-free number is
1-800-749-0730. I have no financial interest, etc. in this company.
Rather, I am a most satisfied customer/consumer.

Best g-f regards,
