Don’t miss out on NFCA's Webinar, "Food As Medicine for Celiac Disease:
Nutrition Beyond the Gluten-Free Diet," on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at
8:30pmET/5:30pm PT.

Sponsored by Blue Diamond Growers and Cabot Cheese, this hour-long webinar
is free of charge and the only requirement is a working Internet
connection!

Join NFCA as Rachel Begun, also known as The Gluten Free RD, an NFCA's Ask
the Dietitian blogger and a member of NFCA's Scientific/Medical Advisory
Board, explores how “food as medicine,” a central component of the growing
prevention and wellness paradigm, can be used in the management of celiac
disease and gluten sensitivity. The use of “food as medicine" brings to
light the important role of nutrition in preventing, treating and even
reversing illness.

Special Feature: Webinar participants will have the chance for Rachel to
answer their questions after attending the live event. NFCA will accept
questions from Webinar participants from the close of the Webinar until
Friday, January 27, 2012 at 12noon ET. (Please note that this feature is
not intended nor suited to be a replacement or substitute for professional
medical treatment or for professional medical advice relative to a specific
medical question or condition. Questions deemed inappropriate or irrelevant
will not be answered).

Continuing Education Credit: Registered Dietitians (RD) and Dietetic
Technicians, Registered (DTR) are able to participate in this live
60-minute webinar to obtain continuing education credits regardless of this
program's approval status as long as the webinar is professional in nature.
RDs and DTRs simply need to retain a copy of the program evaluation
available after their participation. Program participants will receive a
link to complete the program evaluation one day after the close of the
webinar.

After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing
information about joining the Webinar.

Register today and join us on Wednesday!
