I called the Best Foods 1-800-338-8831 number on my Argo Cornstarch box and
asked if they had gluten free recipes that used cornstarch. They sent me 2
pamphlets, one was entitled, "When there's an ALLERGY or SENSITIVITY to a
specific food...check these lists to see how Best Foods products can help",
and contains lists of products variously egg-free, or soybean-free, or
gluten-free, or corn-free, or cottonseed-free, or yeast-free, or wheat-free,
or milk or lactose-free.

The second pamphlet was "Recipes for people with GLUTEN INTOLERANCE', and
included these recipes:

        -Gluten-free pizza
        -Crepe Lasagne
        -Corn Starch Crepes
        -Creamy Chicken Curry
        -Macaroni & Cheese
        -Cheese Puffs
        -Southern Corn Bread
        -Cream of Broccoli Soup
        -Carrot Cake
        -Cheese Blintzes with Blueberry Sauce
        -Easy Pineapple Cheesecake

(11 of the 14 recipes used milk or cheese)
