I asked for info on how to get a copy of the American Dietetic
Association's Guidelines for a Gluten-Free Diet. Thanks for all the
responses!

The Guidelines were originally part of a diet manual costing $90. If you
see a dietitian, they may be able to give you a copy of the pertinent
chapter. However, the ADA now has a new publication entitled "Celiac
Disease Nutrition Guide". Cost to nonmembers is $15.00. To order you can
call 1-800-877-1600 ext. 5000. This link will take you to the catalog page
that describes it.

This publication may not provide any more information than you can get from
other sources, but I was still interested in seeing the original. I was
told that the Gluten-Free Living basic diet booklet is also consistent with
the ADA guidelines.
