Folks for nutritional reasons, I gave up white rice several years ago but
I've never found a good brown rice until this weekend. I was in the
Asian section of my local grocer and found TSURU MAI California Brown
Rice. It is delicious, moist & tasty. Most brown rice varieties I've
tried are only half way decent when fresh and become hard and crunchy &
pasty after being refrigerated. But this TSURU MAI rice is good freshly
cooked and is even moist, chewy and tasty the next day after being
refrigerated. Comments & suggestions wellcome.
