Hi Everyone:

It's time for another gluten free product review.

From:  Rita

I had the opportunity to try several of Udi's products.  All but one were quite good and highly recommended.

Recommended:  Udi's breads -- both white and whole grain.  Nice texture. No need to toast.  Good flavor. Makes a great grilled cheese sandwich.

Recommended:  Udi's pizza crust -- It's thinner than several other gluten free crusts. Flavor good.  However, not quite the real thing, but closer than most.

Recommended:  Blueberry muffins and chocolate muffins -- delicious.  Especially good when heated for about 10 seconds in the microwave. The chocolate muffin is wonderful as a dessert when partnered with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Not Recommended:  Cinnamon rolls -- heavy, very chewy, with an off taste. After heating it in the microwave you are expected to drizzle the spiced icing on the roll. The icing is overly sweet and has far too much cinnamon and allspice. It also has an off-flavor.

Note:  If you have a gluten free product you'd like to review, just send me an email and I'll post it.
