Hi all-
responses are rolling in for the attendence at Mt Sinai's upcoming
conference. The following are a few suggestions on getting to NYC from the
airport:

1. cab- which I believe is now at a fixed rate of $30 (I'm not sure if that
includes only JFK airport or Laguardia as well.

2.  bus service:

they run usually ever half hour or so
between NYC & JFK  $13 one way fare
between NYC & LaGuardia Airport  $10 one way fare
or
Gray Line Air Shuttle (212) 757-6840
they run usually ever 15-20 minutes
between NYC & JFK  $16.50 one way fare
between NYC & LaGuardia Airport  $13.50 one way fare

3.  Carmel Car & Limo Service  (212) 666-6666
between NYC & JFK  $27 plus tolls
between NYC & LaGuardia Airport  $17.00 plus tolls

I have no connection to these services. My favorite happens to be Carey-
affordable and dependable.

Also, as of this time, I do not yet have recommendations for restaurants in
NYC. Feel free to forward your favorite safe eating spots and I will post a
final list at least a week before the meeting.
