Listmates:

Carrabba's sent out a recipe to those of us who get their news.  It
is for a Chocolate Hazelnut Cake (recipe for the cake would need to
be adapted).  It looks like you could use another cake (vanilla with
lemon zest) instead of modifying the recipe.  The syrup, filling
(made with Nutella), and glaze are gluten-free.  The recipe is at

FYI.  Nutella is gluten-free.  I have never used it, but see it on
our lists and discussions periodically.  The ingredients are listed
on the Nutella web site.  They have a lot of recipe ideas, some
without gluten.  One is for hot chocolate that includes chili!   Nuts
and chocolate seem to go with the holiday season.
