I received responses from two list members for restaurants in the Phoenix
area. Thank you... both restaurants recommended sound like winners!

Los Sombreros at 2534 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Tel. 480-867-2175 has
a gluten free menu and was recently reviewed in Get Out magazine in the East
Valley Tribune. From that review: "It's not your typical Mexican are... (the)
menu options are much more exciting thanks to exotic ingredients like
cilantro crema, toasted pumpkin seeds and the mozzarella-textured Oaxaca cheese."

A Mexican restaurant called Rositas at 960 W. University Drive, Tempe, AZ,
Tel. 480-966-0852. (Do not confuse with Rosaritas, a large chain of
restaurants.) Not fancy but known by the locals for really good food.

Also mentioned was Bashas supermarket chain in north Phoenix (Peoria and
other locations) which carries Kinnickinik products from Canada.

Roselyn
