        I am contemplating putting together a Nationwide Celiac friendly restaurant website. What this would consist of would be listings (submitted by you guys!) of celiac friendly restaurants that you have visited in your city and possible menu suggestions.  With all the requests that we get on the list for suggestions when people are taking trips to other cities I thought that this might be of some convenience to all of us. I know it would be to me.

How many of you would be willing to participate and send me suggestions including the restaurant name, address, phone number and what you were able to eat off the menu?

Do you think this is a good idea?
