Hey out there
I'm looking for a good cookie base for gum drop cookies.  I am pretty 
sure i don't want a sugar cookie base, but i'm not sure.  I am pretty 
sure my mom's had oatmeal and coconut in them and had a whole lot of 
brown sugar.  I have a couple mixes  and can easily get most flours 
in my area, but i'm really looking for a sort of oatmeal cookie 
base.  Can anybody make  a suggestion?  will post summary of course
