Hi friends. Sorry to have taken so long to get back with this summary. I have received a couple of recipes, plus a couple of commercial mixes and a reference to other web sites. The commercial mixes are Chebe bread; Bette Hagman's Pasta Base; a recipe from Bette Hagman's The Gluten Free Gourmet - P. 230 (could be the same as the previous recipe - I haven't checked).
    The web sites I was suggested to try are:
http://www.recipezaar.com/199482;
http://www.enabling.org/ia/celiac/rec/rec99-4.html;
archives; and www.allrecipes.com ; and the chebe website.
    The recipes I received are too long to put into this message, but I will be glad to send them to anyone wishing to contact me. I would construct an attachment, but I must confess that whenever someone says they've attached something to a message, I can't find it, so I am not going to try to send one. I guess I have to admit to being very technologically challenged.
