Hi List,

www.gfcfdiet.com is offering to list celiac support group
meetings and R.O.C.K. parties as a community service.

Here is a note from Judy DeHart about how to navigate her
website to list your meetings and special events at:

Community Service

The website, www.gfcfdiet.com was established in 1999
to help parents implement the GFCF dietary therapy. Many
parents of (ASD) autistic spectrum disorder children
have found that restricting gluten and casein from
their children's diet has greatly improved the life
of their child. A list of gluten free and casein free
food is listed on the website to be used as a guide to
help parents & those with dietary restrictions navigate
the grocery store. Although product labels must still be
read to confirm ingredients, the list makes it easier to
find new products that may be acceptable. Much more
information and links can be found on the front page
and also listed on the "Site Map" of the website.

The GFCF Diet Support Group also has a community bulletin
board on the website which is provided to help individuals
find local support in their own community. The dietary
restrictions of some ASD individuals and Celiacs
are very similar. Following a restrictive diet can be
daunting to those new to dietary restrictions. I think it
would greatly benefit both communities to share support by
attending local meetings which have either already been
established by the Celiac community or the ASD community.

We are extending an invitation to others who follow
gluten free and/or casein free diets to post local
meeting information on our Community Bulletin Board.

For those who may be interested please
