I hope this is appropriate...Would anyone in the Toronto area interested in
participating in a co-op purchase of flour from Maxon's in Ottawa? Also,
where does one find these exotic gums to use for yeast breads made from
gluten-free flour? Anyone had any luck on that one? Please respond via
