May has been designated as Celiac Awareness Month.
 
To help with promotion of Awareness, the Gluten Intolerance Group of North  
America is promoting the 2nd Annual Chef to Plate Campaign for the full  
Month of May with HUNDREDS of restaurants participating. Support these  
restaurants. Their goal is to provide you with gluten-free meals and help make  
others aware that eating gluten-free can be safe and enjoyable.
