Dear  Ms. Zuber,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Western Family Yogurt.  In your area,
our yogurt is supplied to us by Darigold.  They have informed us that the
modified food starch used in their yogurt is usually from corn (90% of the
time) or tapioca.  I will be sending you further information by mail.
