The consensus from most were that they were pretty good and harder than
normal Oreo's. (chocolate). People liked the vanilla flavor as well.
Some warned of contamination issues. In my research yesterday for an
ingredient lists, they did have a recall in Canada in 2001 for gluten
contamination--but that was several years ago, and my husband eats the
ginger snaps with no problems.

Apparently the packages do say that they are processed in a facility that
processes milk. So, it's take your chance if you're intolerant to dairy
like my husband.

Here is an ingredient listing for the Vanilla flavored cookies:
Ingredients: Gluten free flour (contains corn flour, soya flour, potato
flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, xanthan gum), organic
dehydrated cane juice, canola oil, cocoa, egg, high fructose corn syrup,
corn starch, natural flavor, sea salt, soybean lecithin (used as an
emulsifier), baking soda.
Creme Filling: Fructose, canola oil, natural flavor, soybean lecithin
(used
as an emulsifier).

Several said the K Toos from Kinnikinnick are much better and more like a
real oreo and the package says "Casein free". One person said that they
were more expensive than the midels. One person normally make a big
purchase from www.kinnikinnick.com when she orders because they have one
shipping charge, $10 no matter how much you buy.

Thank you all for the fast answers!!! I really appreciate your help!
