I forgot to add that the Conference includes a Dietitian Day on Thursday, Oct 
5th.  

Professional continuing education opportunities will be available for 
physicians, nurses, and dietitians at both CSA's Dietitian Day and 29th Annual CSA 
Conference.

Information for that is one the website with the other conference 
information.

Deadline early registration for the conference is Sept 15, instead of Sept 
1...Hotel deadline is Sept 1.
