When I was at my worst with ulcerative colitis and was suffering from severe
celiac attacks, I found something that helped me heal. It's a supplement
called Vemma. It's gluten free and casein free and consists of vitamins,
essential minerals, whole pureed mangosteen with the pericarp/shell (just
like in Xango but it has 2.5 times as much)-a natural anti-inflammatory that
seems to soothe and help with IBS and other related issues and an
anti-oxidant higher in Xanthones than any other), whole leaf aloe vera, and
decaffeinated green tea. Vemma's ORAC score is above that of the leading
products on the market.

In addition to its potential healing effects, it is a complete vitamin and
mineral supplement perfect for celiacs. Why? It is a liquid and formulated
to be absorbable at the cellular level, thus allowing those who have trouble
absorbing nutrients (like I did) to get the nutrients we need. Hard vitamins
allow you to absorb at most 10% of their contents (that's if you are VERY
healthy). You will absorb near 100% if not all of the vitamin and mineral
content in this liquid supplement. It is in the Physician's Desk Reference
guide for nutritional supplements and my doctors have wholeheartedly
approved it (I'm also pregnant and they've approved it as a prenatal
supplement).

It's also made locally in Phoenix, so you can pick it up and avoid shipping
costs!

I'd be glad to give you additional information about this product on
request. You are welcome to email me at susanfwalker@
