What is palmitate? Somebody is now adding to my skim milk.

I guess I am a "Refractory Celiac", I went through an avalanche of bitter
thoughts at the lack of concern or attention Celiacs get from government
and medical professionals.

One day, I decided to work through my diet as best I could, educate
myself and find other distractions. Thankfully, I am not
Lactose-intolerant or soy-intolerant.

There is more to life than food. I would suggest that every Celiac take
the diet responsibility seriously; do the best they can with it, and get
on with living. Don't trust a soul when it comes to what you ingest; even
the 'experts".

I consider going to lunch with the "LUNCH BUNCH" from my dance/aerobic
class a Social occasion. I may drink a lot of coffee and forgo an entry.
The conversation is good.

The people in my Investment group consider me a Computer Guru. Sometimes,
I fast a long while for evening meetings. There are compensatory factors.
Yes, I do spend time in the "library", if I inadvertently get hold of
something wrong. great place to catch up on one's reading.

Thank goodness, I can make lemonade from "lemons". I wish the parents of
all celiac children would work on their childrens'' self-esteem. One can
be different and still have a worth-while life.

We are not PATHETIC Wimps! We do need better food identification
labeling. AMS
