Hi

It seems that the problem with the availability of glutenfree cereal is
quite universal and one of the biggest problems.(besides rice crispies)

Lots of times the problems arise because of cross contamination.

Here is my solution. And i am quite serious about it because it is very
easy to do.

All the list members and their friends and other celiac fellows aggree to
each spend a one time fee of around $300 to $ 500 US dollars into a
universal international Celiac Cereal manufactury. They become shareholders
in that manufactury and will get the cereal for their lifetime for
wholesale price. they also can decide what type of cereal will be produced.
The recipes are already developed by glutenfree manufacturers.
With this small investment you will guarantee yourself plenty of gluten
free cereal and possible other products for the rest of your life.

Another option is to go to one of the established glutenfree manufacturers
and give them the money under the same condition to get the cereals for
wholesale price for the rest of their life. That would be money spend very
wisely.

I am willing to collect any interested peoples ideas.
