Just thought I'd let you know that I emailed the Texas Tamale Co. in Houston 
and they have informed me that their tamales are gluten-free.  They do ship 
their tamales frozen, but for those of you lucky enough to live in Texas, you 
can buy them at Central Market stores!  For more information about the
