The next meeting of Suffolk County Celiacs (a Branch of GIG) will be next
Tuesday, October 5 at the Senior Community Center on Higbie Lane in West
Islip at 7:30 pm.

We will be having a guest speaker - Llynn Newman, Clinical
Nutritionist/Herbalist. Also, Gary from the Health Bridge health food store
in Mineola will be there and he will be bringing a variety of gluten-free
foods for us to sample.

Here is a brief description of our guest speaker:

Llynn' Newman MS CN NYS LIc., Clinical Nutritionist/Herbalist has over 25
years experience. She is a private practioner in Long Island with 3 offices
in Nassau. Llynn' is a well known counselor,educator and professor. Ms.
Newman is also Consultant to the health industry nationally and
internationally. Appearances on radio and TV, as well as an author. Llynn'
Newman has been working with clients with Celiac among many other digestive
and bowel disorders with great success among many other health concerns. She
recently lectured to the Nassau Celiac Chapter, at Winthrop Hospital with a
great response and pleasure. Ms. Newman is looking forward to speaking to
the Suffolk Celiac Group this Tuesday, October 5th, 2004. See you There!
