Hi there!

In honor of Celiac Awareness Month, I wrote a cookbooklet called:
So What CAN You Eat? A Gluten-Free Paleo Vegan (mostly) Recipes for Health and Weight Loss

It includes 19 fast, easy recipes that are gluten free. You can get an electronic copy of it by joining my mailing list at www.clairebakerok.com.

I also had a guest blogger gfdougie tell his story. He was diagnosed with celiac at 6 years old and cheated on the gf diet because of misinformation and peer pressure -- read it here: http://www.clairebakerok.com/blog.html [Interesting perspective for parents!]

Finally, I've started a FaceBook page: http://www.facebook.com/#!/HappyHealthyGlutenFree. Check it out and "like" it if you are inclined.
