Hello:
My name is Yvonne and I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 9 days ago.
I am also am insulin-independent diabetic.  I would like to correspond with
anyone else who is dealing with both of these diseases.  I am 29 years old.
Actually, I wouldn't mind hearing from just about anyone right now!  I'm
also looking for suggestions when I go out to eat.  Is there anything GF I
can order in Chinese food restaurants or Mexican food restaurants?  Also,
does anyone have a GF recipe for Spanish rice?  Write me please.
