In addition to the traditional fast food options,
there were also several suggestions for
celiac-friendly restaurants in Anaheim.

-the Disney Pan Pacific Hotel has an excellent sushi
option

-Tony Roma's, Stuart Anderson's, and KooKooRoo have
been safe in the past

-Gustov Anders is an upscale option that is very
accommodating..about 20 minutes away.

-Mimi's Cafe and Yves Bistro

-I have been to CA often for business and there is
this chain called In-N-Out Burger (the just do burgers
and fries) that will make your all-beef burger with a
neat lettuce wrap instead of a bun. At the locations
I've tried, they have a specified section of the grill
for these burgers as well (I guess it's a pretty
common request).  Be sure to specify no special sauce;
I don't know it's contents.

-Places to avoid: Mr. Stox, and Thee White House (to
many sauce and marinade problems)

Thanks for all the suggestions,
Kat in UT
