Thanks for the tips regarding restaurants and health food stores in St.
Louis area. I visited Wild Oats . . . a really nice store! I was
particularly happy to find GF salad dressings. Here are the replies I
received:

RESTAURANTS:

Ozzie's in Westport Plaza
Patrick's Grill in Westport Plaza
Houlihan's
Friday's

Lee & Linda

HEALTH FOOD STORES:

Tongs and Wild Oats in "West County" - but at Wild Oats you have to search
through the stuff - the items are not all together like at Tongs. But Wild
Oats has a health drink bar and the Strawberry Sunrise Smoothies are
incredible! Just make sure they wash the blender really well as someone
might have added wheat or barley grass to a previous drink. I have never
had a problem and they washed them very well every time even without
asking, they do it between each mixture.

Hi There is a Wild Oats grocery store. If you have never been to one,
it is wonderful. They have quite a large selection of GF products. In
addition, they have facilities for you lunch and/or dinner. I prefer it
for a lunch. I have only been there a couple of times and they were
happy to open GF bread to make a sandwich.
