Hi all,

Recently I asked about favorite gf stuffed pastas and egg noodles. Conti got several votes for their ravioli. For egg noodles, Glutano's Tagliatelle noodles or Quattro Bimbi's fettuccine noodles from Italy got some votes. For tortellini, there was one recommendation for DePuma's.

My orginal email to the list started a really great conversation with a list mate about Kinnikinnick's new bread being far superior to Udi's (see my blog post about it here):

And that conversation sparked my interest in what that person's expert advice would be regarding gf products to rely on and got a really great reply that I put on my blog here:

Nice to have the advice of someone whose tried it all so that I don't have to!

Happy healthy eating!

Claire
