I received a few suggestions, which follow. If you haven't yet added
your favorite cure for "fuzzy brain" which accompanies an accidental
gluten encounter, it is not too late to do so.

Received quite a number of responses from people who confirmed that they
get "fuzzy brain" when have eaten gluten (accidentaly, of course). Most
indicated that "tincture of time" is the best cure. In the meanwhile,
people are wondering if I'm losing it!

Suggestions:

increase fluids
increase coffee (may not help, but at least awake)
multivitamin
Gatorade
herbal teas
chicken soup

One warned of hypoglycemia (thanks, who wants to eat when you feel so
cruddy!)

Please post any other suggestions. It seems as if this problem often
accompanies the dreaded "glutens!"

Thanks.
