On June 29, Don Kasarda said he was

>instant reactions to gluten.

So was I. Instead of flooding the digest with individual reports of
reactions or lack thereof, perhaps the list owners can set up a poll using
LISTSERV --let us vote yes or no by GETting files named YES or NO, at least
something like that. Surely there's an well used polling procedure that
other lists use. This should get a larger response because it only requires
a short form message and because it's anonymous (thanks to Don Kasarda for
suggesting that interpretation of the prevalence of posted "instant
reactions").

By "instant" I mean within 12 -24 hours and by "reaction" I mean something
unique to gluten. (Other food allergies abound.) The best test of that is
that you had that reaction unexpectedly once and then found out
independently that there was gluten in what you ate.
