    Call first and ask for chef Jerry.
2  First Watch Restaurant on Sand Lake Rd. not far from
    Universal has a website and gf menu.  They only serve
    breakfast and lunch. This poster's daughter got sick eating
    there, however.
3) Tony Roma's on International Dr.
4) Cheesecake Factory at Millenia Mall off Conroy Rd.  The
    chef was trained at Disney and knows about gf.
5) Try www.goodhealthpublishing.com
6) My comment--there is a Bonefish Grill on W. Sand Lake
     Rd.  and as I stated to the list a few days ago, they have a
     gf menu on their website.
