G'day all!

I'm looking for phone numbers and preferably email addresses for companies who make all those wonderful alcohols I've been hesistant to try. Top on the list are Bailey's, Bacardi and Smirnov. Canadian information would be most useful, but USA/other would also be appreciated. Until I can contact the manufacturers themselves, can I get an idea of the gluten status of Bailey's, and of the dark Bacardi rums (I drink the white rum quite easily (a little too easily, my mother would say!)).

Secondly, there's a recipe site for the Australian Woman's Weekly, which has a section on gluten-free recipes. It's at: http://aww.ninemsn.com.au/aww/recipes/, under the Special Options category. One note of warning, there is a recipe with barley, so as always, use common celiac sense when checking these out (I've written to them about it, and to thank them for including a gf category).

Thanks in advance,

Ingrid.
