At the Symposium in Baltimore there was a presentation on the Codex
Alementarius. During this talk there was provided information about
cross contamination in various foods such as rice flour, oatmeal, etc. I
don't have the exact information (I had thought I had written the
numbers down). If someone has this information I would appreciate
receiving this information and then I will post the answers to the list.
