3 people who responded said that they preferred to use the oven.
3 used a Wel Bilt machine
2 a Kitchen Pro
5 a Zojirushi 20

The Gluten Free Pantry was the most recommended bread mix with 6 people
singing its praises.

5 people suggested Bette Hagman's Cookbook.
1 for Carol Fenster's mix
1 Sylan Border Farms
1 Bob's Red Mill White Rice flour Package.

Tips were that I need to look for a programmable machine to allow only
one rise time.

Look for a machine with a good motor.

Use Red Star yeast.

And also the following:

Save a lot of time and call Red Star Yeast & Products at 800-4-CELIAC
(5422), and ask to speak with Carol Stevens.  Ask Carol to send you the
fold-out that Red Star made in conjunction with Welbilt (Automatic Bread
Machines)  The handy, colorful publication gives you a few pointers on
using bread machines , specifically the WELBILT ABM-150R with a multi-
logic program.  You'll also find 6 bread recipes among them Sourdough
Bread white or rye), Pumpernickel Bread and Brown & White Bread.


I was also sent the following recipes.

Here's a recipe I had for White Bread Dry
Dry Ingredients
2 cups white rice flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon xantham gum
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon egg replacer ( I didn't use this)
1 tablespoon Red Star Active Dry Yeast
Wet Ingredients
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
4 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/4 cup water ( I use warm water)
If you want Cinnamon Raisin Bread just add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup
raisins.

Another white bread recipe
Dry
3 cups Bette Hagman's flour mix
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp xantham gum
1 1/3 cup non fat dry milk powered
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon yeast
Wet
1/4 cup crisco melted
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup water almost hot ( not sure why this recipe has water separate)
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 tsp vinegar
Mix Dry ingredients and wet separate and then put wet ingredients into
breadmaker pan, put dry in next, Select cycle 1 (2 hrs 40 min) While
breadmaker is mixing use large scraper to help mix dough @ 2:30 @2:20 @
2:13 (I just did once at the beginning) When done take out of pan and
