Hi to all,

My sister-in-law's niece (25 yrs. old) recently has been having trouble
eating any wheat products. She's been to her Dr. and he says there is
nothing wrong with her. Her symptoms are major visible bloating, gas,
lots of abdominal pain, and all her muscles hurt shortly after eating
wheat. She has also stopped drinking beer because of the symptoms and
this is tough for her because she has lots of friends and parties where
beer is served. She is the one that suspects wheat because she becomes
ill right after pasta, bagels, bread, beer, etc. Her aunt has asked me
to ask you who to go see about this. She lives in the Boston MA area.

I also posted a recent question to list about my father-in-law and he
too is in the Boston MA area. He is not ready to check out this route,
but I want to have the best Dr.'s name when and if he considers checking
things out. He is recovering right now from urinary surgery and now has
a rectal fissure that may need to be stitched, so it will be some time
before I can approach him. He has all the classical signs of CD and I
know that these two recent health problems are related to his dietary
habits (wheat/gluten and dairy).

Could someone please give me the name of the "best" MD to see in the
Boston MA area regarding diagnosing possible CD? Could you please give
me the name, telephone #, and location?

Thanks in advance and I will summarize..............
