Some people would acuse me of being a hypochondriac because I worry about every
little symptom. Lately my only problem is burning in the rectal area - sorry
for being so graphic. I was wondering if I should be worried about this
problem. My diet is very limited already and I'm afraid the culprit is the
spices in the Fantastic Rice and Beans I eat every day for lunch. They are
supposed to be gluten free, but I've noticed that they use canola oil in some of
their products so I have to avoid those items. I'm thinking of limiting myself
to eating the rice and beans two-three times a week now. I was wondering if the
rectal burning is something I need to be more cautious about.

Here's my second question. Any good ideas for something easy to take to work to
eat? I am a vegetarian, mostly vegan. I'll summarize, but it may take awhile.

Susanne
