JONES DAIRY FARM RECEIVES GLUTEN-FREE CERTIFICATION FOR MORE THAN 200 PRODUCTS FROM GFCO

FORT ATKINSON, Wis. - (May 14, 2009) - Jones Dairy Farm, a six generation family business that has been making all natural sausage since 1889, is proud to announce that more than 200 products have been certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), said Philip Jones, Jones Dairy Farm president.  The GFCO certification process included the review of all Jones product formulas, ingredients and testing procedures as well as a thorough on-site inspection of the Jones manufacturing facility. GFCO sets strict standards that ingredients may not contain more than 10 ppm of gluten, twice as strict as the proposed Food and Drug Administration's definition for gluten-free.

Jones Dairy Farm has a 120-year heritage of producing a wide variety of quality, gluten-free products.
