Ener-G Foods in Seattle has a small box of "crisp rice" cereal for $ .94.
I have a box, but I haven't tried it yet.
Dietary Specialties in Rochester NY has 6 1/2 ounce jar of "Mothers

Mountain Honey Mustard" for $4.20 (both add shipping). I mix the mustard
with low fat mayonaise on my sandwiches and it's not bad. I find the mustard
alone a bit strong. Lynn
