Try Ener-G foods in Seattle, WA. They are an outstanding, reliable, and
reasonably inexpensive (as g-f foods go) mail order source. I was a heavy
user of metamucil before the g-f diet and found that once I got perfect at
it, I started having daily soft bowel movements. You may find, like I did,
that the diet resolves your constipation without extra fiber (though of
course you should attend to fiber in your diet anyway). I went off the g-f
diet a couple years ago and the constipation returned with a vengeance. I
am only waiting to try to get a definitive diagnosis before I get back on
the diet (that is a different story).

You won't believe how good you feel in a few weeks. It's worth the hassle.
Good luck.
