I just returned from a wonderful visit to St. Louis. We wanted to have a
very different dining experience than Indianapolis, so we decided to try
Italian (St. Louis is know for terrific Italian Food)| Several Italian
restaurants are listed in the dining guide, but Giovanni's stood out. I
called them and asked if they could provide a flourless meal - they assured
me that they would| It was wonderful||| I had Red Snapper in White Wine
sauce - no flour||| Try them - it was wonderful and Paolo remembered my call
and made sure that our waiter knew that I could not have any flour in any of
my food||| Service was great and the authentic Italian food and atmosphere
was enjoyable|

Don't write off all Italian restaurants - this one was fantastic| I hope you
all had a wonderful Easter||||
