This is short notice, but we are driving to Zacatecas, Mexico the day after tommorowand I was looking for any info on gluten free eating anyone may have.  We're going with our 3 kids (6 yr. old has celiac) for about 5 days and don't plan on staying anywhere with a kitchenette.  Thanks for any last minute suggestions and I'll summarize when we get back.  Happy 4th!
