I had a similar experiemce as below with another vendor.

  Is anything else cooked in the same oil as the fries? Yes
I rephrased the question:
  is anything else cooked in the same tubs as the fries? No.

The vendor used one type of oil for all of his frying, but, as Linda
Blanchard was told at Wendys, the vendor had dedicated tubs for different
products.

Moral: make sure the vendor hears the question you really mean to ask.
