I bake my own bread and don't like to freeze or refrigerate it - consequently
it goes stale and/or moldy in a few days. What can I add to keep it fresher
longer? I notice that breads in the supermarkets have an ingredient called
calicum pro-pionate. Can I use it? Where do I get it? Thanks.
