With the holidays coming up and money tight, I am looking at doing some
holiday baking with my children.  So far, I have not found a gf cookie
recipe to make roll-out cookies.  The regular recipes I've tried to adapt
tend to break up or stick to everything when I try to roll them out.

If folks will mail directly to me, I'll summarize.  Thanks in advance!
