The suggestion to John Cameron that he order enchiladas at Mexican
resturants worrys me.  To date, I have not found a gf enchilada sauce in
the US.  "Old El Paso" lists MFS and flour.  "The Art of Mexican Cooking"
by Jan Aaron and Georgine Sachs Salom lists 10 enchilada recipes and 6 call
for wheat in the sauce, usually in the form of a toasted hard roll that is
ground with the nuts, seeds and chilis.  When I lived in California, I
checked with many, many Mexican Resturants from up-scale to "Mom & Pop" - -
Yes, Taco Bell too:>(  None had a GF enchilada!
