I am pleased to announce that Oprah.com featured an article on the
gluten-free diet that recommended Gluten-Free Diet: A Comprehensive Resource
Guide. It was also featured in the Celiac Disease supplement in USA Today.
Here is the link for the supplement:

The USA Rice Federation featured a handout for consumers and dietitians
about celiac disease, the gluten-free diet and rice written by Shelley Case.
See http://www.glutenfreediet.ca/img/USAThinkRice_Fall2009n1En.pdf A wide
variety of recipes featuring rice were reviewed by Shelley that are
gluten-free or require minor modifications to make them gluten-free. The
links can be found in my newsletter at
http://www.glutenfreediet.ca/ezine/newsletter-7.html

With the holiday season upon us, why not order a copy of Gluten-Free Diet as
a gift for a family member needing accurate and practical information about
the gluten-free diet. See www.glutenfreediet.ca

Blessings to all,

Shelley
