Hi,
Has anyone had any trouble with "Rice Bites" by American Grains.  The
 ingredients are:
 
Brown Rice
Canola oil and/or sunflower oil and/or Rice Bran Oil.
Salt
Natural flavors and Spices (?)
Citric Acid
 
I am wondering about the Whole Grain flavor.
This diet sure is a learning experience!!
Thanks a million.  I don't know what I would do without this list.
