Hi, All!

    I just read an article in our local paper about food
allergies/intolerances, and it mentioned the difference between the two
as being, an allergy is when the immune system gets involved and an
intolerance does NOT involve the immune system.  I thought gluten
intolerance was just another name for celiac sprue, which involves the
immune system.  Wuzzup?
