Thanks to all who replied to my orginal e-mail. So many of you offered to
help and here's what I was thinking. If you know of a grocery store or a
restaurant in your area, or one that you have been to on your travels could
you please send them to me along with address and phone #, I hopefully,
will then be able to compile all of this into a state by state listing. I
would like to also include the chains such as McDonalds, Outback etc that I
already have info on. I am going to contact as many support groups as
possible to see if they have info they are willing to share. I was
thinking that if this could be put together in a format similar to the Clan
Thompson books it would be easy to carry around and maybe even someday have
it in a Palm pilot friendly format, which is the one I personally use.
Since I have a 3yr old daughter with Celiac I would love to have a section
that lists family and kid friendly places to shop and eat. I know this is
a big undertaking but I'm hoping with a some help from all the wonderful
people on this list and other lists I should be able to have something
ready to get printed in a few months.
Thanks again for all the offers of help.
Fiona
